With the Mobile Hose Drier/Hose Tower, equipment dries naturally and quickly, prolonging the life of your equipment. Built to be safer so no climbing is required to hang and retrieve hose. Use to dry immersion suits, wet or dry dive gear, decontaminated Haz-Mat entry suits. Heavy duty steel construction with durable red powder coat finish. Holds up to 1200′ of 1½” or 1¾” or up to 800′ of 2½” or 3″ hose. Can be used with our Hose Winder.

Units provide safe and organized storage for SCBA cylinders. Mobile cart can be easily rolled allowing you to unload empty bottles and reload apparatus easily and efficiently. Units are supplied with four heavy duty casters, two with foot operated brakes. Standard units available hold 16-42 bottles or can be custom designed to fit your specifications.

Four heavy duty brake casters allow for ease of rolling and hold the cart in place when loading or unloading. Heavy duty steel rails with a durable red powder coat finish easily support 100′ coils. Ships knocked down for freight savings. Easy to assemble. Available in two tier or three tier units. Stationary units also available in both two and three tier. An optional 20″ x 31″ cover plate provides a flat surface for holding bottle carriers or other items. Total weight capacity 4,400 lbs.

The included legs allow stations to easily create a permanent PPE storage space. This locker’s components are manufactured with a durable, heavy-duty zinc chromate finish and protected with a special clear-coat sealer. All units are supplied with two levels of open wire shelving. Full length grid dividers separate individual sections between top and bottom shelf levels and provide a 4″ tall divider on the top shelf level. Grid dividers are also supplied for ends of the unit. Each individual section is supplied with two hanging apparel hooks, one snap on plastic name plate, and a hanging pole that runs the length of the unit.

Hose storage rails are 64” long with the Dry and Store Hose Rack, you can dry hose and store it on the same unit. Unit consists of the top mounted drying rack where hose and other equipment dries naturally and quickly, and one lower level storage rack. Dry up to 900’ of 1½” to 1¾” hose or up to 600’ of 2½” to 3½” hose and simultaneously store up to 650’ of 2½” hose. Heavy duty steel construction with durable red powder coat finish. Can be used with our Hose Winder. Ideal for use in smaller stations. 

Its front load capability and 22lb drum make it a great option for washing two sets of turnout gear. Additionally, the EW22 wash cycles are user friendly and specific to the firefighting industry. With PPE wash cycles such as, Outer Shells and Liners, we have engineered the EW22 to be simple, straight forward, and to get the job done.
